PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions
Delivery takes place within Austria and to the following countries: Germany, Italy, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Czech Republic.

Free shipping from 90€ in Austria and from 120€ in Germany

Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Austria):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.80 per order.

Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:
Germany: €6.00

Rest of the EU: 19,00€, from 250€ order value 9,00€

Order processing for Switzerland

We do not ship directly to Switzerland. However, you can commission the service provider MeinEinkauf.ch to handle your order. MeinEinkauf.ch will handle all customs formalities and forward shipping to Switzerland for a small fee. Further information on processing can be found at www.meineinkauf.ch.

For our Swiss customers: Via MeinEinkauf.ch you can easily and inexpensively
Shipping costs and above all WITHOUT customs duties when shopping in our shop.

To do this, proceed as follows:

1. Simply register at www.meineinkauf.ch. Here you will receive a personal
firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch Email address.

2. With your personal firstname.surname@meineinkauf.ch email address you can now log in to
create a customer account in our online shop.

3. Place your order in our shop, stating your personal
firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch Email address

4. Please use only the following shipping AND billing address:

In addition to addressing your order to MeinEinkauf GmbH, please also pay attention to your payment method.

5. All order and shipping information will be automatically sent from your
firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address will be forwarded to your private email address.

The MeinEinkauf.ch team will remain informed about the status of your order in order to
to your address in Switzerland as soon as possible.

You can then check the status of your order approximately 48 hours after receipt on
www.meineinkauf.ch under "My Orders".

6. You pay for your ordered goods directly in our shop. With your goods you will then receive a
separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch.

Delivery of download products:
There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier).
You can download download products via a link sent by email.

This email containing access data for downloading will be sent within 12 hours of the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery of consulting, workshops, courses & webinars:
There are no shipping costs for services.

Workshops, courses and webinars will take place at the specified time.
Personal or online consultations are delivered at an individually agreed time.

Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within 7 days within Austria and within 10 days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

In-stock items are ready for immediate dispatch. Items with possibly varying delivery times (depending on availability from the manufacturer) include:

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
