PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions
Delivery takes place within Austria and to the following countries: Germany.

Free shipping from 90€ in Austria and from 120€ in Germany

Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Austria):
We charge a flat rate of €4.60 per order for shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:
€8.00

Delivery of download products:
There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium).
You can download download products via a link provided by email.

This email with access data to carry out the download will be sent within 12 hours of the conclusion of the contract (if an advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery of advice, workshops, courses & webinars:
There are no shipping costs for services.

Workshops, courses and webinars take place at the specified time.
Personal or online consultations are delivered at an individually specified time.

Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Austria) within 7 days, for deliveries abroad within 10 days of the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Goods in stock are ready for immediate dispatch. Goods with possibly different delivery times (depending on availability from the manufacturer) are:

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
